Sleeping Rooms
Discounted Rate of $279/night (plus resort fee & taxes). Room rate is available up to 3 days pre and post meeting, subject to availability. Each individual is responsible for booking their own sleeping room for the meeting & the booking link will be provided in your registration confirmation. Register & book your sleeping room today, as the room block is expected to sell out prior to the October 12th booking deadline.

November 15, 2026 Day 1 – Arrivals to Palm Springs throughout the day, reception and Partner Fair at 5:00pm pst
November 16, 2026 Day 2 – Educational sessions and networking reception and dinner
November 17, 2026 Day 3 - Morning educational sessions, 12:00pm departures

Travel Information
Your travel (airfare, hotel and ground transportation to/from Palm Springs) will be the responsibility of each attendee. Plan for arrivals landing at Palm Springs Airport (PSP) on November 15th and departing flights leaving after 2pm on November 17th.

Ground Transportation
We recommend Uber/Lyft or taxi to the Thompson Hotel Palm Springs which is 10 min from the airport.
